The terms that apply when you use the Cinder Scent website or place an order with us.
About Cinder Scent
Cinder Scent is a fragrance house operating in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Commercial Registration 7055387604). These terms govern your use of our website and any order you place through it.
Use of the website
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to disrupt it, attempt unauthorised access, or compromise the security or operation of the store.
Guest checkout and accounts
You can order as a guest. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate contact and delivery information.
Product descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as possible, including fragrance family, size and design. Photos and screens may not show colour and texture with complete accuracy, and how a fragrance develops and lasts varies from person to person with skin and climate.
The free tester
Every fragrance includes a free tester so you can try it before opening the full bottle. The tester is a gift for sampling; it is not sold separately and is not returnable.
Natural variation
Candles and products made with natural materials such as marble may show slight variations in colour, veining, texture and appearance; these are natural. Such variations do not limit your rights if a product is defective, damaged or materially different from what you ordered.
Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item can’t be supplied after you order, we’ll contact you to offer an alternative, a refund for that item, or a full refund.
Prices and VAT
Prices are shown in Saudi riyals andinclude 15% VAT (VAT No. 315093310600003). Delivery fees and your order total are shown clearly before you confirm.
Placing and accepting orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect misuse — and we will let you know.
Payment
Payment is currently cash or card on delivery. When online payment is added, payments will be processed securely by a licensed payment provider, and we will not store your card details.
Gifting
You can send an order straight to a recipient by entering their details as the shipping address and adding your message in the order notes. You are responsible for having the recipient’s permission to share their details with us. Gift orders are sent without any documents showing prices.
Cancellation
Contact us right away to cancel an order that hasn’t shipped, and we’ll cancel it free of charge. If it has already shipped, the returns process applies.
Delivery
We currently deliver within Saudi Arabia only, from Riyadh. Delivery estimates are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by ourReturns & Refunds policy and by the Saudi E-Commerce Law and consumer-protection regulations that protect your statutory rights.
Cinder Circle
Cinder Circle is our rewards programme. Membership, points and rewards are subject to the programme rules published on the Cinder Circle page, which we may update.
Offers
Promotions, coupons and discounts are subject to their stated terms, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn if misuse is suspected.
Safe use
Fragrances and candles are for external use only. Keep them away from heat, sunlight and children, and never leave a candle burning unattended. Details in our Product Care guide.
Intellectual property
The Cinder Scent name, brand, product names, content, images and design belong to Cinder Scent and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Website availability
We aim to keep the website available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates or events beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or statutory right that cannot be excluded or limited under Saudi law, including your rights as a consumer.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal data, and forms part of these terms.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the bottom of this page shows the latest revision, and the terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and the competent Saudi authorities have jurisdiction over any dispute.
