{"id":14,"date":"2026-11-04T18:58:39","date_gmt":"2026-11-04T18:58:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/store2.alignforcehr.online\/?page_id=14"},"modified":"2026-11-04T23:34:54","modified_gmt":"2026-11-04T23:34:54","slug":"refund-returns","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/cinderscent.com.sa\/en\/refund-returns\/","title":{"rendered":"Returns &amp; Refunds"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A clear returns framework in line with the Saudi E-Commerce Law and consumer-protection rules \u2014 and what to do if something arrives less than perfect.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Try before you open: a free tester with every bottle<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every fragrance arrives with a <strong>free tester<\/strong> of the same scent. Try it on your skin first and keep the full bottle sealed. If the fragrance isn\u2019t for you, you can return the sealed bottle for a refund.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Standard returns<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eligible items can be returned within <strong>7 days of delivery<\/strong>. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Unused and unopened<\/li><li>Undamaged and in the condition it was received<\/li><li>In its original packaging<\/li><\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return costs<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For a change-of-mind return, the customer covers the cost of sending the item back; we charge no additional return fee. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, we cover all return costs.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Perfumes<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For a change-of-mind return, the full bottle must remain sealed in its wrapping and unused. Once opened or used, it is not eligible for a standard return unless it is defective, damaged or incorrect. The free tester is not returnable.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Candles<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For a change-of-mind return, the candle must remain unused, in its original condition and packaging. A candle that has been lit cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind. This does not apply if:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The candle arrived broken or damaged in transit<\/li><li>It has a manufacturing defect<\/li><li>It is materially different from the item ordered<\/li><\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Damaged, defective or incorrect orders<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These are handled separately from change-of-mind returns. Please report the issue within <strong>3 days of delivery<\/strong> with your order number, a description and photos of the item and packaging. Once approved, we provide a replacement or a full refund, including the original delivery fee. This does not affect any of your statutory rights.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exchanges<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We don\u2019t offer direct exchanges. To change an item: return the eligible item, receive your refund once approved, then place a new order for the item you prefer, subject to availability.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and approved. As payment is on delivery, we refund by bank transfer to your account within <strong>7 business days<\/strong> of approval.
